Re: Audi: Synchronized
The Germans always have had a way of using "thousands of perfectly synchronized humans" to produce illusions. Cool but slightly disturbing.

Re: Moon: Emperor of the Universe
Why am I reminded of Jim Jones' South American "Eden" when hearing about Moon's tropical paradise? At least the Moonies didn't drink Kool Aid.
Or did they?

Re: Moon: Emperor of the Universe
So, what's the difference between Moon (The Washington Times, API (not AP), etc., and Murdoch (FOX "News", The New York Post, etc.)? Both promote far right, anti-progressive political agendas. Just curious.

Re: Moon: Emperor of the Universe
As to Moon's multiple mansions and other gross examples of greed and lust for material excesses and power:
'Jesus replied, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head."'
- Matthew 8:20; Luke 9:58
Seems like Moon is a better candidate for "Satan" than most he accuses.

Re: Moon: Emperor of the Universe
Did he and his wife get their cardboard crowns from Burger King? (24:39) Sure looks like it. Perhaps that explains, in part, why they forced their brainwashed followers to live on "hamburgers and donuts ."

Re: Hellbender
They indeed live in West Virginia, but their habitat is increasingly being threatened by environmentally destructive activities such as "mountaintop removal" coal mining (which destroys entire ecosystems.)
According to Wikipedia, colloquial names also include "snot otter", "devil dog" and "Allegheny alligator"

Re: Ralph Nader Challenges Obama While Visiting Ub Law School
I drove Corvairs. Had two, a matter of fact, a '64 and a '66. Also several VW Beetles (Bug and Beetle are the same - you must mean Super Beetle) over the years. Unless you've had first hand experience with Corvairs, it's probably not best to just regurgitate what meglomaniac Ralph "I just like to see myself on TV" Nader has to say.

Re: Ralph Nader Challenges Obama While Visiting Ub Law School
BTW: What's the difference between Ralph Nader calling Obama "Uncle Tom" and Ayman al-Zawahri calling him a "house ni66er"?
Or better yet, what's similar?

Re: Ralph Nader Challenges Obama While Visiting Ub Law School
The Corvair was a good car, way ahead of it's time. And it was the first U.S. made car to have seat belts as standard equipment, was very fuel efficient (for its time), handled great (like a Porsche), and was inexpensive to both manufacture and maintain. Nader's a jerk.

Re: Iran's Culture Cops
Interesting that they are all wearing western, i.e., "American" style clothing while complaining about the influence of American culture. As ludicrous as the anti-globalists who organize their protests via the World Wide Web.
