This is the biggest load of crap I think I have ever heard. All coming from the self professed mouth of a drug user/dealer who spent barely a year in the military, which almost half of which would have been training, and then deserted when he was back home on leave. He is a coward, a deserter, and a traitor. I have spent 10 years in the military, and know that this is 100% bullshit. If anyone of authority made an order such as he claims he would get thrown in the brig so fast his neck would snap. What we cannot account for is individuals, but I can undoubtedly tell you that the armed forces would never have such a policy. He is a worthless scumbag of a human being, and I hope he stays in Canada, where pot is legal

Oh I agree that we went there under false or misguided pretenses, but with the information given at the time of decision it was the right choice. The problem is that it was all wrong. Dont forget that the republicans AND the democrats decided to go into this at the time. But we digress. Somalia is not Iraq, and McCain is not Bush. Hell, Iraq 2001 is not Iraq 2008. Things change and decisions based on new information have to change too. Maybe we should not have been there to begin with, but if we leave now without securing the country it will become a haven for Radical muslims and terrorism, and the country will burst out into civil war. I don't think that we should pull out yet, and that is coming from a soldier. John McCain understands that, and he was a soldier. Besides, McCain is about the most liberal Republican you will ever find. He is not a partisan republican which is about all you can ask for. He may seem pretty right wing this past year or so, but he had to play the game. If you don't get the nod from your party, then you can't even go to the big show, so he had to pander to the republican base just to get here. Kind of a messed up election system. Anyway, if you look at his record, he is about as moderate as you can get and still be a republican. I think any of the last 3 candidates for President could be good Presidents. I feel a hundred times better about this election than the last one. I didn't want to vote for Bush, but Kerry?! Are you F-ing serious?! The Democrats forced me to vote Bush.

First you have Glenn Corbett, an "Associate" professor of fire science for John Jay college. So you have an associate professor from some community college commenting on nothing that has to do with his so called expertise. Next is Jim Riches, "THE SON" of the Deputy Chief of NYFD, no a firefighter himself, and also far from having an unbiased opinion since his father died. Eileen Tallon who had a son that died in the rescue effort fot the FDNY, also not a credible expert. Finally, Jerry Haour. Jerry no longer held that position after 2000, so how would he know what happened that day. He wasn't in the know. How would he know if by that time Rudy did not have backup command centers and virtual command centers. It's all just a matter of he said she said. I will give him the directive that Matt Lower had with the statement of recommendation, but that is the only thing that has any credibility. Even so, who could have foretold of something so horrific. Also, unlike the comment of Andy Ansbro, another non expert, there would have been no difference in the death tole of the Firefighters, because they were doing exactly what ther were supposed to do, and they did it very well. The Mayor does not control the fire department, the chief of the fire department does. This video is total biased trash. Open your eyes people and don't always eat what the media feeds you without checking the ingredients first.
