This "Lefty" isn't a pusher, he's pretty much exactly based on a character from the Jack Benny Show called "The Tout", played by Sheldon Leonard. In those days, a tout was a guy who sold shady information on horse races and other gambling secrets. So while the character IS a criminal, he's not based on pushing drugs.

The landlady video was hilarious because it was unexpected. This is ENTITLED "Good Cop, Baby Cop", and hey look, it's a baby cop. Yeesh.
