Re: Hitler's Private World
The first 20 minutes is almost all filler material, after that it gets down to business and is excellent. My only gripe is the degree to which they seem to jump to conclusions about Hitler's state of mind and health. Still, this is valuable stuff and something anyone should find worthwhile and enlightening.

Re: LSD Effect
Fairly accurate, certainly much more so than the crap you see on television.

Re: Super Size Me
Extreme weight gain, wildly fluctuating levels of sugar in the blood stream, and hypertension from massive amounts of salt were making him sick.
"Toxins", shame on you for using an alternative medicine buzzword, have their effects on a much longer scale, often by ruining DNA transcription in our cells, essentially making one's rate of aging speed up by double digit percentage points. Anyway, the kind of stuff he'd get out of McDonalds food is honestly probably no higher than the stuff in "normal" factory farmed food.
What he's trying to point out in the film is not the obvious truth that the diet is unhealthy per se. He's pointing out the base stupidity of the McDonalds commercials which claim that their food is wholesome and completely super nice for you and your family. McDonlalds commercials said in spirit that one could live off of the average meals that people buy there.

Re: Psyop Anthem
That song would be perfectly suited to the evil villian in a musical of some kind.

Re: Press Your Luck: Michael Larsen's Story
How exactly does winning 110k through cleverness warrant dying from cancer? I mean, if you're gonna say something like that you should at least argue that he deserved it for spending the money unethically and stupidly.

Re: Reservoir Dogs in 30 Seconds
It's not so much the bunnies are getting old as this particular film is too convoluted to cram into 30 seconds.

Re: BigDog: Robot Army Dog
Unless that's just a completely unmuffled engine. Regardless, very annoying noise.

I'd be pretty stable too if I had that many incredibly loud gyroscopes screaming away in me.

Re: What the Bleep: Quantum Physics
I know the voice actors are different, but that guy reminds me VERY strongly of Dr. Breen in Half Life 2.

Re: What is Love Compilation
You know, I genuinely figured it was Earthbound, but I've never played the game. Strange....

Re: What is Love Compilation
I have to know what the eleventh one from the left is refrencing. The black and white one with a sedate, nostalgic sound to it.
This is one of the most brilliant things I've seen in a very long time.

There's a long list of valid things in life to get upset about: World hunger, the second season of Dark Angel, Milkandcookies becoming a glorified youtube portal, etc. This commercial is so far from being on that list that someone thinking it's on the list is on the list.
