hahaha i have never seen this before, it's hilarious! The song's decent though, but the original version and title 'Someone's got a hold of my heart' from the Bootleg Series 1-3 Volume was much much better.

I'm a massive Dylan fan, and I have never heard these. Must have been created rather recently. Obviously not genuine, but a good effort at a parody. Though they didn't get a laugh out of me.
