never did i know DL (perhaps my favorite film noire director of all time) was such a spiritualist of enlightenment.
as for TM, Mr Lynch is absolutely correct about this form of meditation doing wonders. however, the $2500 is a complete rip off -- dont buy it. this is the information age, and all the mantras and instruction can be found on the internet (or so i'm told).
funny thing: although, TM is really supposed to wake you up, i use it to go to sleep. if youve had insomnia, this is the cure. no more need for sleeping drugs; it works excellent. and its so easy.
