hmm. I hate the tall black guy. I've seen him on a few Japanese game shows. He basically plays the dumb Gaijin (as you could kinda of tell in this clip).

Yea very common. Lots of the cheaper sushi places have sushi that constantly goes around on a belt. Its pretty interesting.
They put a few pieces on a plate and you pick which ones you want. Sometimes much doesn't come on the plate, thats why you see plates stacked up like 8 high.
