Re: Cops shouldn't have to put up with this
I hear ya. No disrespect towards any individual on M&C. This was the first video I posted...didn't mean to churn up any "community turmoil", just share a perspective that is underrepresented on the site. I think the police/teachers/public servants are subjected to a higher criteria/expectation of political correctness and appropriate behavior (as they should) and sometimes citizens take advantage of that. Totally agree with your request for tolerance and humor.
The video owner named his/her video something like "These Douchebags messed with cops" or something a little too aggressive/unnecessarily pointed, and I thought a more appropriate title was "Cops shouldn't have to deal with this"...kind of relates to your point that using content to attack someone vs. posting content for interpretation is a shame.
I will admit that I do empathize with good police/public servants who deal with these sorts of scenarios - where baiting occurs. Of course- I realize there is a great number of people in the M&C community that feel like "good police" don't/can't exist and never deserve sympathy.
The "pathetic losers quick to pounce on any chance they see to let go some steam at fellow community members" applies to these guys carrying assault weapons filming their "encounters" in my mind.
