Yeah....but take into account that this is a far right wing Christian group that is producing this "documentary". I'm not a Mormon...but one of my best friends is a former Mormon....according to him this is all very overblown and the whole underwear thing is only a big deal for more extreme practitioners. Kind of like how Catholics have condemned the use of birth control but most practicing US Catholics use it. Mormons are kooky...but no more kooky than any other major world religion.

The premise was that Johnny Depps character was from present day and woke up in Don Quixote's time...hence the "tv" reference.

For me the most concerning is the extremely stilted dialogue... I guess its so wonky because what we're seeing is a "pre-edit". It just sounds very "made up" on the spot and not very natural.

All I can think is that some poor stage hand had to tire that dog out before the film shoot... or they put the dog on some heavy drugs.

So right. If you're gentle with children people assume you're a pederast. Fred Rodgers would probably have a harder time of it with his show if it premiered now. That's not to say that there aren't some terrible beasts out there who should be put down...but it is just a shame they have to ruin it for the rest of us.

Man. Nicely handled.

You got to hand it to those actors though. They maintained the moment while explaining death to a giant feathered muppet. I often forget how hard it must be to (as an actor) exchange dialog/ endow these muppets with life (both the muppet operators and the actors engaging with the muppets). Such talent.

I like that they spelled out KO as "Kayo" in the signature fight/title screening.

I'm also curious as to how much the first steps of the Batusi match up with the first steps from the dance number in Pulp Fiction.

That purple bird is "Pino". He is Big Bird´s nephew from the Netherlands. He has made a few appearances on the American version of the show (and is indeed the Dutch version of Big Bird on "Sesamestraat" over there).
