Ok I see a large case of the blind leading the blind here.
I could go on all day about Japan and Japanese people. First of this video is actually a rather common type thing.
The case of Shingo Katori is he's a famous member of a boys group that has become more of a mans group (they are not very good yet very popular) perhaps you have heard of SMAP if not your lucky.
This song was a big hit and it has no connection to a Japanese government family whatever. It's just ment to be a fun kids song. As for Japan getting weirder you haven't got a clue as to how trully bizzare it is in realation to the west. The least you can do is find out the truth behind what you post rather then send blind speculation to the masses and make some one or something out to be something it's not.
At anyrate Im not trying to defined Shingo or Japan, just saying learn about something before condeming or ridiculing it.
