You have a strange concept of democracy, RainbowTrout.
Unfortunately, there is an abundance of evidence to support global climate change. The only folks who refute it also support Intelligent Design because evolution is "just a theory."
But, you know, you're probably right. Global industrialization and the mass consumption of fossil fuels couldn't possibly have any adverse effect on the thin layer of atmosphere that surrounds this planet. None at all. And to suggest otherwise is just plain silly. Or scientific. Depends of your point of view and your degree of mental illness, I suppose.

First, the "boy-lovers" comment in reference to the Athenians, when historically nearly all of Greece (including Sparta) practiced pederasty.
Additionally, the portrayal of Xerxes as a make-up wearing, RuPaul look-alike was clearly intended to evoke homophobic response in viewers. Disagree? Do you think we ere supposed to think that he looked cool and macho? If not, what else could have been intended with his costume?
