This is the type of thing that kills me about this argument that atheism is a religion. In my opinion (jaded as it may be) atheism as a movement MUST have principles and goals as you propose.
The reason it must isn't, however, that those truly exist in atheism itself but that the organization of a large group of atheist's into a movement with any common purpose (political or otherwise) must then by definition have principles and goals.
I suppose my point is that I am an atheist in two senses of the word;
1) I believe in a scientific explanation of everything, even if it seems unexplainable.
2) Lives or life in general have no intrinsic value, the value is subjective always.
The fact (for me) remains, there is no god. That said, I will certainly lend a hand to any Atheist religion that takes the reigns of power from people who pray to anything for answers, though I doubt I will share many of the principles. (Especially if one of them has to do with humanity being stronger than anything, considering humanity's lack of power even over our own destiny.)

Mineral oil does not conduct electricity at all. If you've ever seen a can transformer on a light pole explode(due to overheating) you will recall the flaming napalm that goes all over the place. That napalm is mineral oil(or a synthetic variant) used for cooling the transformer.
I doubt that any of the fans in there will last long either, as someone else pointed out. Seems cool if you just want to make something that looks neat, but I am pretty sure that i would say screw it if something in there failed rather than mess with changing it out in a bath of oil:/

Interestingly enough I think that in reference to IQ test to breed idea. The actual administration of the idea lies, ironically enough, in the overturning of roe vs. wade.
The right to choose is expressed in the ruling as a woman's right to carry pregnancy to term OR not carry pregnancy to term. i.e. if overturned not only could she not abort her pregnancy of her own volition she also could not carry to term if the powers that be denied her that option.

So true. I was going to post something similiar to ejayerik but since I was beaten to the punch I'll just agree.
