I was just trying to state that religion is good for the people, particularly the love of God (Jesus, etc).
But it becomes a bad thing when someone starts being a fanatic that can´t understand that the world was not created in 7 days because the bibble says it. I mean to think that way was cool in the middle age but now we should know better.
In my point of view that's not faith, but fanatical stupidity.

There is a thin line between spiritual growth and stupidity. And this guy describe it in a very polite way.
Loving God is good for our personal life, read Victor Frankl's book. Be being a fanatical supporter of stupidity is not. I'm pretty sure that it wasn't God's intention to lay down the bible for us to fight each other with the science, but to help us in an spiritual growth which includes humility which just lead us to recognize the truth... both Jesus Christ and that God's creation took several million years before us!!!!

For me ignorance is more like terrorism not bliss, if this woman knew that this fight was really stupid maybe she could though it better before she started it. The first thing she should knew about it is that is more important to respect her son free will than his love for Jesus or whatever. No one can be forced into love. That's impossible and stupid to try. So this was a lost before started war. I think christianity by itself (not necessarilly in a catholic point of view) is good enough to be a loose for someone who decide to avoid it. So this kid is loosing first by taking advantage of his mom tapping her into this trap and second for negating God and everything that comes with that (like peace of mind when dying, or the feeling that you have some one watching your back.. and didn´t even get miracleus ). So there is no need for her mom to get so rude, just letting him to discover the world by himself will be the best way to go.

Maybe there are hipocrites in every christian religion... or maybe acting like Jesus did is really really hard and maybe it's just human nature to make mistakes.
And just remember that the Catholic religion adopted Jesus into there teachings and not the other way around.
You don´t have a clue man. So do you think that attacking catholics will make them better people? Not a clue at all. I'm pretty sure that is not the way that Jesus will act upon. I hope you are not a christian because who ever taught you to do that has no clue either. I hope you don´t think that makes you better than people who comes Yelling and threatening someone into the Kingdom of God.

But there's nothing on earth that will grow and not get organized to continue growing. At least nothing that humans do.

I do need him, and not only to give $ to charity. Is much better to work for charity.
That´s the difference I´m talking about. In these leaders/churches they ask u for money. I think that a good leader/church will ask u to get near poor, hungry, sick, etc to give them support economically but also emotionally. A more human approach. But must churches in the US are being more of a circus than of a spiritual place. I don't think God would ask us to give money but to give love (a much more complete thing) to people who need it.
