I just got back from Japan a few weeks ago. I visited a couple game stores in Akihabara and they change 90% of the art of American imports. I would have to say, for the most part, the covers for games in Japan look a lot better than the American ones. Oh well I'm sure the games are the same (besides region coding and language changes).
