Come on this isn't that hard of a problem to solve. Abortion doesn't need to be outlawed. The government should just not have anything to do with abortion and should not support it in any way. Perhaps a law should be written to prevent government from being involved in abortions. A hefty fine and some jail time for the government employees who break this rule will suffice. Problem solved. What else you got?
