tsackett, thanks for the link to the extended video.

I don't think he did anything to provoke being tazed. The officers could have removed him from the area much faster and easier. Even Kerry was willing to hear him out and answer his questions. Sure he kind of came off as a tin foil hat wearing conspiracy theorist, but he didn't really do anything to warrant being arrested.

The cops say he was inciting a riot. From what I saw it was the police who came closer to starting a riot.
