I do wonder though, how well things would be if coke, crack, heroin were legal. These substances are very very harmful. I don't believe however, that the people who use these substances need to go to jail, treatment is the key. Jail = Cold turkey, which can work in the short term. But what do you think these people do once they get out? Go to the same old places and go right back to the needle, crack pipe and what have you. You've done nothing to address the root of their problem. Sending these people to jail only costs us money and destroys lives.
As for marijuana, beer is legal and far more harmful than any joint. In my life time I have spent thousands of dollars on pot. If I tallied it all up, I could have most likely bought a summer home in the tropics with the money I've spent. I'm not bragging, I'm saying if I could have walked down the local head shop and bought an ounce for the same price, with taxes applied, I would have given the government more money than I ever have with taxes. So would hundreds of thousands of other people.
There is so much revenue in the sale of marijuana that it’s crazy NOT to sell it for profit. With the way we've been spending money these days, we need something to fill our coffers once again instead of trillions of dollars in foreign debt. Legalized sale and control of pot would fill those coffers to the splitting point.
And we could apply the same standard of law as we do to alcohol. No driving, not in public etc. The law would mesh well, the only thing we'd really need is a device that can tell if someone is high RIGHT NOW, as opposed to if they got high 3-4 weeks ago.
But no, we’ll continue to throw non-violent drug offenders into jail because the brainwashing never stops, because religion is still the corner stone in our country, because people still think drugs are bad because someone told them they are.
Save prison for those that belong there, violent offenders, murderers, rapists, child molesters, cannibals, etc.

However, I've seen what can happen when a plane hits a light pole. Going 500 mph as they say this plane was, a single pole would have obliterated the wing and caused the plane to crash far before the pentagon.
Loose change 2 points it out quite well.
6-7 light poles, knocked over, no damage, it's like they just fell over. From what I could gather using what little I have at my disposal, I find no sheered bolts in the photos, nothing showing the slightest hints of damage, the poles just fell over. I know that a plane going 500 plus miles an hours may be able to create a backwash that may have ripped them out, but if that was the case they should show some kind of bending before the point of the bolts tearing loose, all this is missing in the photos.
Also, if there was nothing to hide, why not release the video for the mutiple cameras in the area? They had no problems running the video of the planes hitting the towers, why should the pentagon footage be any different? It smacks of hiding something.
Also, a 757's wing span is 124 feet. That's a lot of wing. So where are they? The hole is round O. If the wings did go inside the building the hole would have a --0-O-0-- shape to it. There is no debris around the hole. There should be wings, hundreds of pounds engines. If a plane did hit that building, it was no 757.

The slap in the face comes from the people who orchestrated this little bit of contructed reality, who took that plane and murdered those people. Thier deaths were empty, preventable and without just cause.
The only thing their death has led to has been fear and terror based propaganda. Loss of more rights than any other president has taken from us/violated.
