The F bomb seemed to fit the part she was playing. Some how I don't feel it was "out of place" in that skit

Re: Time: Daytime
it all boils down to money,
Time is money. And money makes the world go round. But we never have time to do anything so we're all poor. etc

Re: Protect Insurance Companies PSA
As a some one from the UK i agree with SubliminalKID. I can't imagine living in a country that didn't have some sort of public health care system, Here it's the NHS (National Health Service) We only have to for one thing and that is prescriptions, but for what ever prescription you have you only pay something like £6 which is like $9. But if you have a life time illness such as Epilepsy which i have, all prescriptions are free and my medication ain't cheap. I'd probably be denied health insurance and just hope for the best that i don't have a seizure.
I also feel kinda sorry for you SubliminalKID about your travel insurance. Over here we can buy ours from the Post Office, (yes that's right the post office) and that costs £80 and covers everything that could happen to you.

Re: Ted Talks: Joachim De Posada Says, Don't Eat the Marshmallow yet
Just because a person is "successful" does not make them happy. An odd example of this is, a close friend of mine who's uncle i had the pleasure of meeting has a masters degree in physics and one in chemistry both with top grades. You would think that he was doing some break through stuff in research, which he was not doing. I asked him :
"If you're not using you're fantastic degrees in the science area, what do you do ?"
His reply was "I'm a handy man, i do bits and bobs for people here and there, mainly at an old folks home, I only went to university because it was what was expected. Chemistry and physics are interesting but they didn't make me happy, i prefer being out in the community meeting people and making new friends, it's much more fulfilling"
Can we measure success as you're goal of having a happy life and not just by our occupation. A very intelligent man who only wanted a humble life and job. He has many hilarious stories from the people he's met. Can his success also be measured by how many people he's made laugh, cheered up and made them feel good about themselves. To me this is a successful man.

Re: Johnnie Walker: Walk, Robert Carlyle
My dear Grandfather never drank a day in his life, but as gifts back in his day, a fine bottle of whiskey was always as a token of appreciation and thanks here in Scotland, I've just inherited a very fine collection of whiskeys (28 bottles), 4 of which were made especially for my Grandfather. All 4 of them bear his name and a message of thanks. These are over 40 years old along with the others and i can tell you, a special blend beats a malt any day my friend. This is now a rare collection and i dare not drink another glass until a special occaision calls for it.
Thanks for the whiskey Granda :-)
