Bruce Timm is brilliance personified, and this show was the perfect example. I'm pretty sure an entire generation of superhero fans have had their understanding of Batman colored, at least partially, by the magnificent stories him and his team created. (The Frank Miller sendup excepted, of course)

I think "Femininity in Disney Films" would have been more relevant to the subject matter.
This really feels forced. Most of the characters being used as examples to try and prove their point early on, are actually antagonistic characters or antiheroes, whose views the audience is supposed to disagree with anyway, rendering the argument moot at best. Only "The Little Mermaid" really fits the theme, and even that is a stretch, since the film *still* focuses primarily on the heroine and her personal journey.
Also, we seem to be getting two conflicting suggestions here: one, that Disney makes puts male characters on a pedestal by objectifying women, and then, that Disney objectifies men at the *expense* of women, which is in fact a major generational and cultural difference. They should be arguing one or the other, not both.
Only the last third of this really has any real argument. Violence and Dominance is by far the most subversive and affecting feature of Disney Films. It's just too bad the entire thing hadn't focused on it. The way it's cut now, by the time we get to that section, the view has lost all trust in the project's ability to portray its research honestly.

^^^ Most common and most incorrect response to this sort of thing. Don't be fooled by the luxury of hindsight that this show offers; good scams are deceptively simple and WILL trick nearly everyone.

My friends and I have already dolled out plenty of drunken abuse upon the gear from this game. Trust me, it stands. The only thing that was a problem was the guitar, which had an issue with the down strum, but they were cool about replacing it.
This game is an instant party. My suggestion is, chip in with a group, because the only good (read: totally sweet) way to play this is with friends
