Instead, the two friends go on an exotic adventure which features more imaginative visuals than usual for a Paul Terry cartoon, and the climax features an interesting musical number. They trick the guard into shooting out the bars on their cell and they escape by jumping into a truck full of coal. The truck then dumps the coal right back into the same prison.
