My wife convinced me to join her at a Lionel concert about a year ago. I'm the last kind of guy you'd think would entertain that kind of request.
And slowly but surely I have grown to love Lionel. The concert was amazing. He didn't hold back at all. He's a true performer and a crowd pleaser.
I put him up there with Marvin Gaye.

I used to think that onstage swagger was idiocy. I was right. It was demanded of him by his management. Not the true LR.
