In the segment where he does the "If your mother only knew" he either took that or is copying that from Rahzel, The godfather of noise. if you look him up on kazaa you should be able to find "Rahzel If your mother only knew"

He's good and all but after hearing the Rahzel part it makes me question the rest of his beat session. Does he even give credit where it's due? All these people amazed at him when all he did was take some time to memorize and recreate the beatboxing of others.

Rahzel does nothing more than make his beats out of others. It's a way for him to relate to the crowd because they know the songs he beat boxes. This guy is doing the same so why knock him?!

I'm certainly not knocking him. I'm just giving credit where credit is due. Obviously the guy's not gonna give credit when he's on stage that would be stupid. But Rahzel, who does better and more original work, deserves credit.

KonKora it's the theme tune from Casualty (UK TV series) there was a dance mix verison of this tune done a few years ago.
On a side note the guy in the vid aint bad, i mean i can't pretend to be as good but he aint a patch on Rahzel and his imitation of "wind" in Man Vs. Machine is poor as...

im sorry but i you are so far off the mark, the tune he is beatboxing is 'push it' by salt'n'pepa and he makes sound so funky i felt ashamed that you'd attributed it to a lame tv series. you have been told.

First of all i would like to say i stumbled on this sight looking for the godfather of noise(Rahzel) then i saw this thread and saw this little kid beatbox....
This has to be the most load of sh*t i have ever seen this guy's material is all based on Rahzel's stuff!!!!!! if your mother only new-by rahzel...he does a faster version, it sounds like crap then he does the wind element is soooo stolen from rahzel!!! in conclusion this guy is a hack!!!

I would just like to point out that...
If Rahzel is sooooo good then how come some "hack" was able to lift his routine. The "kid" in this clip isn't great, but he does a pretty good Rahzel and Kenny improv.
Rahzel gets a lot of credit for bringing beatbox to the mainstream, but his stuff is old...and very copyable.
When is the last time somebody even tried to rip Roxor's stuff?? Like never, because its too damn good.
BTW...any beatboxer worth his lips can sing and box at the same time, so Rahzel doing it is nothing new. I've seen Polish comedians (Najib Amhali) do better routines than "If your Mother only Knew"!!!

Those of you who seem to be such experts on beatboxing. This guy did covers. His wind is spot on. It might even be a little bit faster.
And it wasn't all Rahzel's stuff. Yes it was mostly covers but it was for entertaining. At the end you hear him do an original fast beat.
You gotta know stuff before you judge. Rahzel and Kenny aren't the only beatboxers. They're the only ones you know and probably the ones you've heard first so you think of them as the best.

first of all.. yes this guy did copy it, and yeah being a beatboxer myself, he is pretty poor.. in this clip, hes got better lately though.. but i mean, if ur doing it live for 6 minutes u can't just do ur own stuff.. u wanna give the crowd what they want.. and another thing, do ur research u guys.. because rahzel did not do wind.. kenny muhammed does wind. so at least before ur slagging people, do the reasearch. but yeah the video is whack, peace out.

If you were a good beatboxer who knows his stuff, you would know that he is not poor. He is simply doing covers that were already done. The final beat as you can hear, is something he made up and that definitely is not poor.

you dont have to do your own beats. He knows his crowd and obviously knows that his crowd knows NOTHING about beatboxing. That's his chance to capitalize on that.
If he were to perform to ACTUAL knowledgeable beatboxers, he wouldn't have done covers and would have done more of his own stuff.
Gotta look at it from both ways.
