I know it's not dead-on accurate, but black slang from the 70's was a hell of a lot cooler than it is now.

Agreed. The mothaf***in' G Thang's been stuck in the most boring rut possible for, what is it now, fifteen years? The bling and the ho's, etcetera, etcetera (drones on and on and on...).

You guys are ridiculous. The slang the kids use in the inner city would be indecipherable to you. The stuff you hear in the popular media is well old. True urban... or "black slang" still does exactly what it did back then... keeps you (and me too) clueless as to what they're talking about.
