After Stimpy gets out of the shower, he finds that there is not a pair of pants in the house. Ignoring Ren, who tells him that clothes are for humans, and that he doesn't need pants, he tries multiple times to find a pair of pants, without much luck. He is shunned by the outside world because he is nude.

This is an episode that doesn't involve John Kricfalusi, you can tell that by the credits... but more importantly you can tell because this episode doesn't shock or blow your mind in any way - it's good in it's own right but not visionary.
