Teen Shreds 'Cliffs Of Dover'
During a high school talent show, one teen plays "Cliffs of Dover" by Eric Johnson, and totally brings the house down. Surprisingly, Guitar Hero is not involved.

Props for the good technique. Needs work on his showmanship though. Still, pretty darn good for a high schooler!

Ah, but the showmanship comes AFTER you drink yourself stupid, do about sixty acid trips, and acquire a small-time heroin habit. It worked for Jimmy Page.
Give the dude some time.

I've seen Eric Johnson perform this live and he wasn't very animated either. Plus this type of song requires a little more attention than your average high school talent show song.

How many teen boys dream about getting to play like that in front of their peers? Good for this guy for not just dreaming but putting in the practice to make it happen.

What a dopey song. This is music for people in their balding age. My band played at my highschool & I didn't embarass myself by playing stroke rock for the elderly, I embarassed myself by playing songs ripped off from the Cure's early work. (jeeze, I really don't know which is worse.)
