Re: Daily Show: Very Mad Money
Fox News / Republicans are very Philip K. Dick when they "pre-blame" the current economy woes and Recession on having a Democrat in the White House.
Um, there's no Dem in the White House.
Man, this is 1984...
The last time we had a significant Recession was in the early 1990s - after the last time we had a Republican President for 8+ years.
Recessions happen when Big-Government Republicans spend our tax dollars like drunken sailors (on their corporate cronies, no less) while simultaneously cutting taxes - to the very wealthy elites.
It doesn't take a genius to realize they're like an idiot who writes checks with no money in the bank saying, "But...I still have checks."
We need to incentivize American companies to develop business and American jobs *here at home*
And we need to simultaneously penalize those multinational corps who'd ship jobs overseas to save themselves pennies in the short run while turning the US into a 3rd World in the long run...
