Re: Carl Sagan: The Fourth Dimension
It's always incredible to hear Carl Sagan explain something. I've seen this explanation a thousand times, but he just does it so much better.

Re: Carl Sagan: The Fourth Dimension
This freaks me out because I wrote a theory on this in High School (2002-2004) just for fun.... and I never knew about him until last year. It's almost the same thing I wrote. Whoa...

Re: Carl Sagan: The Fourth Dimension
Just the same as he showed the shadow of the three dimentional cube in two dimentions on the "flatlanders world" I thought he was going to hold up the "represetational" fourth dimention cube and show us it's shadow on the board, which would have helped my understanding... maybe?

Re: Carl Sagan: The Fourth Dimension
I believe what he's saying is just like the shadow from the 3D cube is a 2D representation of a 3-dimentional object, the 3D representational tesseract is a 3-dimentional shadow of a 4D object.
