Elizabeth Loftus also did scientific study on how questionaires/polls/eyewitness acounts can be mis-leading, for those who are interested.
example:
"How fast were the cars going when they HIT each other?"
"How fast were the cars going they SMASHED INTO each other?"
example:
"How fast were the cars going when they HIT each other?"
"How fast were the cars going they SMASHED INTO each other?"
