I'm curious if Mr Huckabee knew it was a gag and just said the line to be a sport, or he really is that ignorant. If the latter is the case..... (shivers at thought of him being made President)

Yeah, but "Talking To Americans" was edited from THH22M, I don't think any of the segments were new.

If I'm not mistaken, he used the '22' microphone throughout the TV special, in both old footage (from 22 Minutes), and new footage exclusive to the special.
Nevertheless, you may be right about the particular clip used. However, THIS clip is from the TV special, as indicated by the little animated plane traveling around the map of the States; which, as far as I'm aware, was not used in the original airing of the 'Talking To Americans' segment of 22 Minutes.
