Yeah, sorry Huckabee, not quite.
Luke 17:11-19 On the way to Jerusalem Jesus was going through the region between Samaria and Galilee. As he entered a village, ten lepers approached him. Keeping their distance, they called out, saying, "Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!" When he saw them he said to them, "Go and show yourselves to the priests." And as they went, they were made clean. Then one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, praising God with a loud voice. He prostrated himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him. And he was a Samaritan. Then Jesus asked, "Were not ten made clean? But the other nine, where are they? Was none of them found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?" Then he said to him, "Get up and go on your way; your faith has made you well."

Wow, nice propaganda.
Talk about taken out of context. He was speaking about hospital patients undergoing surgery and other intensive treatments where the spread of the blood borne disease is a higher than normal risk. Come on folks, use your head and don't get pulled in by this bullshit mud slinging. Do you really believe that he was trying to create Aids colonies like Leper colonies. Always look behind the curtain to see who is pulling the strings

I don't want to follow American politics but I check in on it anyway. I mean, how will they follow up to the colossal horror show that is the Bush admin. Whoever... whatever it is will have a hard time impressing me with how badly they can lead... and still not get fired.
Don't jump to moronic concussions, I think the USA is full of great people. The country is fucking awesome. It's just that I hate the fact that so many Americans embrace politicians with such dumbass evangelical based policies that are neither practical nor humanist. The government has no business telling the people who they can marry or when to have a baby. That is for the individual to decide; it is their right.
Huckabee strikes me as a better human being than his competition ('cept for Ron Paul). I despise his idiot social policies but I still take him for a decent politician. As genuine as a republican (or democrat) can get.
Huckabee is like Bush in some ways. He seems like a good fella to have a casual conversation with. He's just not someone I believe should run a superpower.
However, to be fair, after what we've seen over the last seven years, how badly could one more religious right-wing nutjob fuck it up?
Besides, Chuck Norris digs Huckabee. Which is good thing to know about him (but a bad thing to know about Norris)
