Some guy on the Today Show was saying that he hopes to get good enough with the wing suits to eventually jump out of a plane with just that and no parachute. I'd like to see that.

I have to assume they might have sponsors of some sort that give them free equipment.
Either that or they buy second hand skis, which is much more bad-ass in my opinion.
