Tarsier Monkey: Maki
Tarsiers are small prosimian primates with enormous eyes and very long hind limbs. Their feet have extremely elongated tarsus bones, from which the animals get their name. The head and body range from 10 to 15 cm in length.
Although the group was once more widespread, all the species living today are found in the islands of South East Asia.
Update: This footage has recently been used in viral videos describing him as a Slow Loris or a Dramatic Lemur. It's misnamed similar to the way the prairie dog in another video was called a Dramatic Chipmunk.

Re: Tarsier Monkey: Maki
Why would someone give these animals heroin? That's just irresponsible.
