Just so we can get a good big-picture understanding, here's EVERY GWB White House Press Briefing in recent history:
"LOOK, I asked the President, who should know, and he says he doesn't---doesn't remember being anywhere, during any time when touchy things happened. Ask someone else OK? Again, I, for one, don't know a thing. Maybe the CIA knows. Try Law & Order, they might have some leads. Broken laws? No comment. Our uselessly vague press release will be out momentarily."
