Arianna Huffington, Lawrence O'Donnell and Cliff May discuss the NIE with May desperately and in baited breath trying to defend the administration's line on this the entire time. I'm sure if he was allowed to talk over all of them for the entire time he would have. O'Donnell does a good job of calling him out for not having the same concerns about the intelligence during the run up to the Iraq war. What none of them talk about is the fact that Cheney was making weekly visits to the CIA and arm twisting to get the intelligence he wanted the last time around and that the CIA wasn't so appreciative of that.
