Congress is kept away from FEMA Camps Plan
The executive branch has denied the homeland security committee of congress (with the highest top secret clearances) the right to see the FEMA CONTINUITY of government plans for when they declare marshall law, dismiss congress and put american dissidents in to FEMA concentration camps.

I know the contributor copied the text into the DESCRIPTION field and didn't type it himself, but it's MARTIAL law.
