The music video for We are All on Drugs, the sixth track from Weezer's fifth studio album, Make Believe. The song became the second single off of the album, the band's thirteenth single overall.
The video shown here was the second music video made by the band for this song, the first (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCRuGrnj-3Y) being a re-edit of Grim Reaper's music video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yhTdKigJhZc) for their song, Fear No Evil, the first track off of their 1985 album of the same name.
When MTV aired this music video they chose to change the lyrics from "We are All on Drugs" to "We are All in Love," a decision made in an effort to appease the FCC as well as network officials. The bastardization of the lyrics infuriated many fans (http://www.everything2.com/index.pl?node_id=1757765), but the lyrics were never changed back. Despite the lyrics having been changed, the original title is still shown as the headline on the newspaper in the barber shop.
