1. I don't see anything that looks like a video player, no play controls or anything?
You may not have the latest version of Flash installed. Our videos require Flash to view. Update your browser with the latest version of Flash right here.
2. Is The Video Not Starting? (I see player controls but the play window remains black)
Try refreshing / reloading the page ( that little "recycle" looking arrow icon in the upper left side of your browser.
If that doesn't work, try "clearing your cache" as follows:
Internet Explorer: Go to "Tools" > Select "Internet Options" > Select "Delete Browser History"
Firefox: Go to "Tools" > Select "Clear Private Data" & make sure "Cache" & "Browsing History" are checked > Click "Clear Private Date Now"
Safari: Go to "History" > Select "Clear History" from the drop down nenu.
3. Is the video stuttering, freezing or playing audio out of sync with the picture?
This is most likely because your connection speed is too slow for our "High Bandwidth" stream. Try viewing our "Low Bandwidth" stream by clicking the text to the lower left hand corner of the video player. If the "Low Bandwidth" stream still shows the same issues, your connection may be too slow to view videos on Amoeba.com.
