I really don't think that that interview was cut short. I mean, it might have been, but i think that it was a commercial break.

It's kinda hard to tell. It seems as if he was cut off short, but then again it seems like it was time for commercial. Also if you notice at the end Ferguson whispers into his and Bill gives that "Ah ok." nod of his head.
