Well, some nerd you are. You have all that computer equipment and you don't know the 1st thing about rodents.

Rodents have teeth that continually grow, which is why they constantly chew on things, your cables for instance, to help slow the growth.

You are an incredible douchbag. EVERY resource for the owners of bunnies - the FIRST thing they say is, bunnies are drawn to cables of all kinds and you MUST protect cables from bunnies teeth or they will be chewed through. I'm glad the bunny now has a chance at a new owner who might have the tinest clue about how to care for a bunny.
