They could charge him with walking into an auto-only tunnel, since signs were posted outside that pedestrians weren't allowed in.

Very cool! Rather symbolic that they were cleaning off the skulls at the end which created that toxic sludge.

I pass through that tunnel everyday on my way to work. They've cleaned it yesterday. :/

This is a brilliant idea! And drawing skulls is perfect. The only problem is that the city cleaned it and let all that crap go down the drain. Concentrated shit straight in the ocean.
