Re: Marilyn Manson's Watership Down
I remmber having nightmares of this movie, because I first saw it when it came out and I was real little, like in kindergarten. Seeing this, brought back all those disturbing memories from childhood.

Yeah, I wonder how many children were dropped off by their parents for some matinée showing (it's animated so it's for kids!) of this flick only to pick them up 2 hours later to find them crying and screaming.

This and the Plague Dogs gave me nightmares.

Geez - were we all traumatized as children by this movie? I remember it being shown an ABC or NBC on as a kid as a miniseries. Gave me nightmares.

What the hell is this? Scarface with bunnies?! What a terrible movie. I have never seen it but there is no way in hell I would ever show it to my kids. Hell, I don't want to see it. Manson music doesn't make it any less disturbing either.

Re: Marilyn Manson's Watership Down
Highly recommend it! Loved the book, and I think the movie did it decent justice. It's a bit of an unusual read though... kind of a cross between a National Geographic article on wild rabbits and an adventure novel from the 1970s. It's great if you love animals or political/social commentary, not a far stretch from Animal Farm.
