I've got an All Blacks hat I bought in New Zealand. Rugby kicks ass.

I do believe that the University of Hawaii was the first to do the before their football games.

"In 1884, the all blacks performed "a Maori war cry" or haka before each of its matches and the full haka was preformed in 1888."

Wikipedia

Didnt even think it was that early myself, but I definately thought it predated University of Hawaii and surely they wouldnt perform the haka since its maori. God I love the Haka.

Pity all their tongue flashing and crazy dancing before games hasn't translated into a world cup championship in 20 years. Maybe they should start singing Waltzing Matilda like the Wallabies (2 world cups, runners up 2003).
