The next time he claims such progress in crime reduction and lower unemployment, remind him that the nation as a whole in the 1990's experienced the same. You know, a time when there was a Federal budgetary surplus, gas was $1.20 a gallon and some guy named Clinton was coincidentally being smeared for getting an extramarital blowjob.
