Harland Williams is funny in very rare snippets. This is not one of them. The only thing that made this barely passable is Conan's reaction to him. This was crap.

Anyone else detect a bit of irritation from Conan? Not to say he didn't deserve to be. But it just goes to show just how damn annoying Harland Williams is.
