Eyes Wide Shut wasn't a Kubrick movie. It was a Spielberg movie.

Kind of like how he ruin Artificial Intellegence. Yep, that was gonna be a Kubrick film, but he died before he got to make it :(

I have the original cinema poster (hanging on my daughters bedroom wall) and this cinema trailer for A Clockwork Orange (amongst others) in a tin somewhere.. or did I throw them out.. whatever.
