Evil Dead 2: Laughing Room
All the objects in the laughing room come to life and begin to cackle maniacally along with Ash in this scene from Evil Dead 2.
The idea came about after Scott Spiegel jokingly used a gooseneck lamp to visually demonstrate a Popeye-esque laugh.
Spiegel's humorous influence can be seen throughout the film.

Eh? No, that's not Evil Dead 2.
That's Evil Dead, you can tell because there are no horses.

Re: Evil Dead 2: Laughing Room
Ah yes, Evil Dead 2, the baddest, meanest, coolest comedy of the last quarter century. The other candidate would be The Big Lebowski, and you know, Sam Raimi and the Coen brothers are are THIS close, like dirt and fingernail. Raimi even had a short but memorable role in Miller's Crossing.
Anyway, I gotta go lie down for a while, so see y'all later...
