Well.....since Mr. Rogers was never on ABC, and Mr. Rogers never had a laugh track, I am guessing here that it is not for real.

Oh wait. Maybe it was him the whole time, and they meant "hoe" as in the gardening instrument. Is the original video around somewhere?
