If you look closely, most of the women show body language gestures that indicate that the are lying (the most prominent example is their seeming inability to maintain eye contact when making a false statement). I found the dichotomy of the last woman diner's demeanor interesting. She seemed so unabashed before she said anything about it, going so far as to ask him several times to repeat the menu and ostensibly to keep him nearby, and after, when claiming the dildo for her own. When talking directly to the waiter, however, even euphemisms were to much to manage. "Your, um, we'll...er, equip-...could you help me out?" I think this is just showcasing the uptight take on sex that most Americans have. Good fun, though, in spite of this.

Has nothing to do with size and everything to do with the fact that "his penis" was showing through rather inappropriate spandex pants. It just invites awkwardness.
