Should be Norwegian. The original version of the movie is narrated in Norwegian too.

The narrator is norwegian..and the guy who made the movie is russian, but has lived in norway since 1990. Another movie you should watch is Aria by the same guy, brilliant as well! this one is fantastic though..!
