Have you ever noticed comediens use "Have you ever done..?/Did you ever notice..?" more than they should?

have you ever noticed that some comedians are just hippie stoners that are stuck communicating in a manner that is humorous to an audience even though to them they are just being themselves. Cause they have no brain cells left. And when they say "have you ever noticed" they actually mean it sincerely but because everyone laughs it turns out to be a joke? Maybe I am making fun of myself a little, yes.

I would say this is good to watch if you're already in a good mood. The audience is a little grotesque, though.
